Eden’s Semilla Essential Oils Range & Giveaway

Hey Sweeties,

As a blogger, while I am still far from hitting the big time, from time to time I still get exposed to new products that I wouldn’t otherwise think to try, whether that be because I purchase a beauty box, or I’m lucky enough to get sent something; most recently this is oils. Last week I reviewed the Dr Botanicals Moroccan Rose Superfood Facial Oil (here), and I was also recently given the opportunity to try Eden’s Semilla 100% Pure Jojoba Oil, which I equally loved using. For me, I just love how (facial) oils feel like they they really get under my skin, adding in hydration, nourishment and overall brightness; particularly beneficial during the autumn and winter months.

Taking this a step further, the guys over at Eden’s Semilla have given me the opportunity to try their new collection of premium quality, 100% essential oils.

A Note on the Packaging –

I love the little bottles the collection of Eden’s Semilla essential oils come in; small, compact and easy to store. The sets arrive in sturdy black carry cases which are not only smart, but make wrapping them up to present as gifts also really easy.

Uses-

There are so many uses for essential oils, more than I ever imagined until I did some research into this. They can be used to scent handmade soaps, lip balms, sugar scrubs etc. and the internet will no doubt help you identify some really easy recipes to follow, as well as ideal scent combinations. While I haven’t explored these uses yet myself, I have been pinning ideas on Pinterest (here) with a view that I am going to explore making some Christmas gifts for my friends and family this year.

What I have been using these oils for, and I have no doubt is the most popular use for essential oils, is in baths. If I could have a bath every other day I would but I just don’t give myself the time to relax like that, so when I do I try to make the most of it. I have yet to try the full collection, but a few drops of these oils into the tub have taken my normal baths to the next level; the scents are so strong that they force you to just lie back and breathe them in while you soak away the day and any stress. I am so impressed with these oils it’s an understatement.

Now for the exciting part, you have the chance to win one of the two sets listed above from Eden’s Semilla!
