In recent months, I have started to use Facebook more for joining interest groups than I have for keeping in contact with friends (although I do still, obviously), and one of the groups I have joined is Mrs Gloss and the Gloss. This group is full of (mostly) women of all ages asking for help and advice and providing opinions and the like to each other about fashion, beauty and skincare. I have lost whole lunchtimes and evenings before replying to a million posts that I can help shed some light on the query, and/or give my opinion on something, or point towards a particular product or treatment that I think is worth recommending. Sharing blog posts is not allowed (which is refreshing, even if sometimes slightly annoying if you/I have written about something that would be helpful), but you are welcome to point to people and sites worth checking out if necessary. This is a great group and very friendly, definitely worth checking out if this sounds like the sort of thing you are looking for.
Anyway, my point of this was to say that on a daily basis people share and ask for product recommendations. It was in this group that I was made aware of the Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser, and even though I was not particularly looking for a product of this type, when I was recently in a store and spotted it by chance, I thought it would be worth a purchase.
